Background

The need for Digital Training arose as part of Two Saints Ltd’s transition to a more technology-driven organisation. With increasing reliance on digital tools for communication and productivity, it became clear that employees needed to be equipped with the necessary skills to navigate this shift. The programme was designed not only to improve basic technological proficiency but also to help staff understand the value of these tools in enhancing their workflow, communication, and collaboration across departments. In line with the organisation’s vision for digital transformation, the training programme aimed to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

Challenges

  • Customising content to meet different levels of digital proficiency.
  • Ensuring engagement and a positive attitude towards technology adoption.
  • Continuously measuring and refining training to meet evolving business goals.

Implementation Strategy

The training was delivered in stages to ensure scalability and clarity. Initially, basic digital literacy skills were taught, focusing on key productivity tools that formed the backbone of everyday operations. As the programme progressed, more advanced sessions were introduced, covering collaborative tools and specialised platforms relevant to each department. Each session was carefully designed with role-specific content to ensure relevance and practical application. Delivery was conducted in various formats, including in-person workshops, online modules, and follow-up webinars, ensuring accessibility for all employees. Regular feedback loops were incorporated to assess the effectiveness of the training and allow for adjustments to be made in real-time, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organisational needs.
